Position: Prompt Engineer

Job Description

  • Prompt Design & Optimization : Craft and iterate prompts for various use cases (e.g., conversational AI, code generation, analytics).
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor AI outputs, run A/B tests, and refine prompt strategies for improved accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaboration : Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt solutions into enterprise workflows.
  • Ethical Compliance : Ensure prompts align with responsible AI principles, addressing bias, safety, and fairness.
  • Documentation : Maintain prompt libraries, version control, and best-practice guidelines for reuse and scalability.

Required Skills

Technical
:

  • Understanding of LLM architectures and APIs.
  • Basic programming (Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with NLP/NLG concepts and prompt engineering techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, RAG).
