7-Week AI Accelerator: From Using AI to Building It

In just 7 weeks, go from using AI to building it - and accelerate your AI career. Get hands-on training in LLMs, agents, and AI engineering, culminating at ODSC AI West 2026.

11 years training the AI industry. Designed for professionals and engineers ready to go beyond tutorials.

Why Join This Accelerator?

We’ve upskilled thousands of AI engineers and data scientists. This program gives you the exact blueprint to gain fluency in LLMs, RAG, context engineering, AI agents, and production deployment.
What you will master:

  • LLMs & Fine-Tuning: Architecture, evaluation, and customization.
  • RAG & Context Engineering: Building memory systems for AI.
  • Agentic Workflows: Designing autonomous AI assistants.
  • Production Deployment: Shipping scalable AI applications.

How the Accelerator Works: The 3 Phases

Phase 1: Live Courses (Pre-Conference) - 8 courses. 7 weeks.
Eight hands-on, 2.5-hour virtual live sessions led by engineers who ship AI in production. Go from ML foundations through LLMs, RAG, and agents, culminating in building your own AI agent in the Capstone.

Phase 2: ODSC AI West Conference (Oct 27–29) -
Join thousands of AI practitioners at one of the world's largest applied AI conferences. Showcase your Capstone project, meet speakers from leading AI companies, and connect with hiring companies at the AI Expo & Startup Showcase. (Full virtual access included if you can't make it to Burlingame!)

Phase 3: Year-Round Learning - aiplus.training
Keep your edge after the accelerator ends. Get 12 months of free access to the Ai+ Training platform, including 300+ on-demand sessions, monthly workshops, new AI engineering deep dives, and career resources.

Phase 1: The AI Foundation Sprint Schedule

All sessions are 2.5 hours, virtual, and live.

  • Jun 9: AI & Machine Learning Foundations
  • Jun 11: Building AI with Coding Assistants
  • Jun 16: Data Prep for ML and LLMs with Python
  • Jun 18: AI Engineering Foundations

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how DevFound's AI matching, resumes, and referrals work.

DevFound's AI Copilot ingests your profile, goals, and live job data to deliver curated matches in seconds. Every match includes a resume variant, suggested referrals, and interview prep so you can act immediately. The more feedback you provide, the sharper the Copilot becomes.

AI-led job searches shrink the hours spent sifting through boards and formatting resumes. DevFound pairs automation with your personal outreach, so you reserve energy for interviews and negotiation. Traditional networking still matters, but AI gives you a lift before you even send a message.

Modern AI roles expect comfort with production-grade code, data fluency, and practical ML tooling. The strongest candidates pair deep technical chops with storytelling—translating model impact to product, GTM, and exec partners. Continuous learning keeps you ahead as stacks evolve.

DevFound rewards active seekers. Keep your profile fresh, respond to match quality prompts, and enable alerts so you never miss a role. The AI prioritizes companies and teams that align with your feedback, accelerating both introductions and interview invites.

High-density tech hubs continue to host the deepest AI talent pools, yet distributed teams are catching up fast. Use DevFound filters to hone in on onsite, hybrid, or fully remote roles and watch openings expand across time zones.

DevFound aggregates thousands of remote AI openings and flags the nuances—core hours, async culture, and visa needs—up front. The Copilot also recommends how to position your distributed work experience so hiring managers know you can thrive on a remote team.
