About the Speakers:
Miguel Duarte
Enterprise Agile Coach at Business Management, PMI Tech. He helps PMI organizations rethink how they build and deliver digital products, combining Agile practices at scale with emerging technologies like AI to drive real impact.
Viviane Bastos
8+ years in Agile leadership, coaching, and transformation roles, passionate about innovation, AI, and helping teams deliver value more effectively.
She works closely with SAP and digital product teams, focusing on agile transformation, portfolio governance, process optimization, and collaboration across organizations.
Also is actively involved in AI and tech Communities of Practice, organizing meetups and knowledge-sharing initiatives to connect people and foster innovation through continuous learning.
