Co-work Fridays: What We Got Wrong Building an AI-Native Company
Join this event
About this event
Spend Friday shipping alongside AI founders and builders in Singapore, with focused co-working and an honest look at what breaks when you build an AI-native company.
Come anytime from 10am, bring your laptop and work on the product, startup or go-to-market challenge that matters this week. Most builders arrive after lunch and settle in before The Stage at 1.30pm.
Dima Istomin and Mariam Mamedli, PhD, co-founders of 8Hats Lab, will share field notes from running an agent-heavy company: the assumptions they got wrong, lessons from 14 years across AI, data and machine learning, and what they would do differently. After the session, we return to focused work.
What you'll get
- A full day of focused co-working in good company
- Practical lessons from building and operating an AI-native company
- Peer help with product, users, traction and technical decisions
- The option to bring a live problem to The Stage and leave with clearer direction
- Low-pressure networking with founders and builders working across Singapore tech
Who should come: founders, builders, product people and software developers working on a startup, AI or machine learning product, go-to-market motion or traction problem. You do not need a polished pitch or a finished product.
RSVP to help us plan your seat. Arrive anytime from 10am, join The Stage at 1.30pm if useful, and stay for as much of the day as your work allows.
